Abstract Introducing a balanced scorecard system may assist managers in identifying four dimensions and recognizing cross-functional interactions, which can ultimately lead to better problem solving, decision making, business growth. Monitoring company's key performance indicators (KPIs) improve organizational enhance shareholder value. A survey was prepared distributed 60 from Croatian businesses investigate the relationship between success as assessed by system. The questions were based on goal system, four-dimensional model for measuring that covers financial performance, knowledge, employees, processes success, market performance. It used assess managers' perceptions of foreign domestic businesses. Furthermore, two-step cluster analysis conducted. results indicated respondents who are dominantly oriented towards international markets share identical perspectives importance those predominantly markets.
